CHAPTER 2.
Gender analysis of pension and labor legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

This chapter deals with the legal basis of gender equality, set in the current labor and pension legislation of the Republic of Moldova. It also presents the analysis of the correspondence of current national legislation of the Republic of Moldova to international labor standards and to the policy of achievement not only of gender equality of rights, but also equal opportunities for men and women.
